  3. Close Chicken breasts and season with Salt, Pepper, granulated Garlic and 15 ml Herb de Provence and drizzle with olive Oil.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes till internal temperature is at least 75°C
  5. While Chicken bakes, prepare Sauce
  6. Melt Butter over medium high heat, add Herb de Provence and Arrabbiata and sizzle for 2 minutes.
  7. Add Onions and sauté till soft with a pinch of Salt and Pepper. Add Garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add Thyme and toss for another 30 seconds.
  8. Deglaze with the Wine and scrape any bits off the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to medium low and reduce for 3 minutes.
  9. Add Orley Whip and simmer on low heat.
  10. Add Lemon Juice and additional Salt and Pepper if required and cook till creamy.
