  10. As taste Salt
  11. as required Chopped coriander n mint leaves
  12. 1 tsp Kasuri methi crushed to powder
  13. as required Medium of cooking desi ghee
  14. For Marination
  15. 2 tbsp thick curd
  16. as required Chilli powder
  17. 1/4 tsp salt
  18. 1/4 tsp Rara masala
  19. Special masala fr Rara:
  20. 1 tsp Shah jeera
  21. 2-3 laung
  22. 1 badi Elaichi
  23. 1 stick dalchini
  24. as required Javitri
  25. 2-4 choti ilaaichi

Instructions to make to make Chicken Rara

  1. Make powder of this Rara masala
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces
  3. In a deep bottom karahi,heat desi ghee add 2 tejapatta along with a small stick of dalchini.Add the chopped onion n cook till light golden in colour add the ginger garlic paste n cook fr 2 min,now add the dry powder masalas along with Rara masala n cook fr 3-4 min on medium heat.
  4. Add the tomatoes n salt n keep cooking on medium heat.Cook till the tomatoes are all well cooked and the oil oozes out.Add the Chicken keema along with half cup of water n mix it well.
  5. Add the marinated chicken,give it a good mix cover n cook till it̢۪s done.
  6. Add the chopped coriander n mint leaves n serve with any bread of your choice
