- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- As taste Salt
- as required Chopped coriander n mint leaves
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi crushed to powder
- as required Medium of cooking desi ghee
- For Marination
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- as required Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Rara masala
- Special masala fr Rara:
- 1 tsp Shah jeera
- 2-3 laung
- 1 badi Elaichi
- 1 stick dalchini
- as required Javitri
- 2-4 choti ilaaichi
Instructions to make to make Chicken Rara
- Make powder of this Rara masala
- Marinate the chicken pieces
- In a deep bottom karahi,heat desi ghee add 2 tejapatta along with a small stick of dalchini.Add the chopped onion n cook till light golden in colour add the ginger garlic paste n cook fr 2 min,now add the dry powder masalas along with Rara masala n cook fr 3-4 min on medium heat.
- Add the tomatoes n salt n keep cooking on medium heat.Cook till the tomatoes are all well cooked and the oil oozes out.Add the Chicken keema along with half cup of water n mix it well.
- Add the marinated chicken,give it a good mix cover n cook till itâs done.
- Add the chopped coriander n mint leaves n serve with any bread of your choice
